Practice sitting in silence to meditate or pray. Practice gratitude. Keep a journal, and journal your thoughts, ideas and goals. You will be amazed by how focused you quickly become.
3.They Get Physical Exercise
It doesn’t have to be a 10k run! It could be a 30 min walk, yoga or some sort of cardio exercises. You don’t need much, start with at least 30minutes every day.
4.They are Not Slaves to Instant Gratification
Adopt a pay now and play later attitude.
The secret of your success is determined by your daily routine. You will never change your life until you change something you do daily.
Success, doesn’t just suddenly occur one day in someone’s life. Neither does failure. Each is a process.
